Never Wash Again offers Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning for homes of all sizes, whether you're in an apartment, condo, home, etc. we've got you covered. The pricing for our Move-In/Move-Out service varies based on the condition of your area either after you have moved out and/or before you have moved in. For newer-built homes or rental property move-ins, your cleaning will be on the lower end. For lived-in homes and past rental tenants the pricing may be on the higher end. One of our cleaners would have already spoken with you to let you know which price option you need to select for your home. If you are unsure, please review your quote sheet, call or e-mail us. Prices shown are based on a 4-hour minimum cleaning. Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Includes: - Cleaning out all rooms in the unit - Wet Wiping Doors (knobs), Windowsills, Blinds, & Baseboards - Cleaning & Disinfecting the kitchen and bathroom - Cleaning the inside and outside of the kitchen/bathroom cabinets - Cleaning the inside and outside of the microwave, stove and refrigerator - Dust/Clean Ceiling Fans and Remove All Cobwebs - Sweep/Clean the garage and remove all trash that can fit in a trash bag (13 gal. kitchen-sized trash bag or 33 gal. contractor-sized trash bags) - Discard all trash that can be carried to the curb or dumpster - Cleaning Porch, Patios, and/or Decks - Cleaning inside/outside of all reachable windows
